John Brewer: Local Weather Forecaster
When our couples are unsure whether the weather will be clear enough to have the ceremony at the Courtyard or under the tent, John Brewer is working behind the scenes to help reassure them that they’re making the right decision.
John is an official National Weather Service Skywarn Storm Spotter and he provides The Oaks at Salem with updates even before our local forecasters at WRAL because he is watching specifically over our location here in Apex.
With our tent, you can wait until just 2 hours prior to the ceremony to transition the ceremony, and afterwards itsjust a quick flip back to the layout for your reception!

A new Slay the Day Fitness Bootcamp starts on August 4th! Our August focus is all about setting ourselves up for success every day. We’ll do daily online workouts that are 20-30 minutes long and have an option to increase productivity with the Miracle Morning process.
